Dell Hall

Dell Hall was named in honour of George Dell, a gracious benefactor for St. Paul’s Church. The hall features a hard wood floor, kitchen and enough space to seat up to 100 people for dinner. The stage and office space behind the hall is used for our clothing cupboard.

Currently, the hall is used regularly for exercise by a local Tai Chi group, demonstrations by Mary Kay Cosmetics, rehearsals by Essex Community Band, and meetings by Essex Guiding Groups. Mad Science of Windsor also hosts an annual summer camp in the hall.

As well, the Church community hosts monthly pasta dinners on the first Friday of the month (Feb-June and Oct-Dec), coffee hour socials following service (monthly), the annual vestry meeting (January) and yard sale (spring) along with other events.

Following the Legacy of Heroes event, a wall in the hall will be dedicated to honour the Heroes of Essex. Photos and memorial plaques to commemorate those remembered will be added annually.

Those interested in using the hall for family parties or other meetings are encouraged to contact the office at 519-776-7711 for more information.
